About

VsiProbigy is an all-Ukrainian running calendar, where race organizers can publish their events so they can be found more easily, and participants can search for events all in one place. There is also a registration for the race or a link to the Organizer's service on the form.

Problems

  1. The lack of visualization of information made it difficult to perceive the information of the platform and the successful implementation of the target action.
  2. Navigating the creation of a participant profile, registering for an event, and following up on your registration caused confusion and took more time.
  3. The absence of a clear separation of the environment of the organizer and the participant, it is not convenient to publish the event and manage the created event. Not understanding how you can publish events on the site without direct contact with the site administrator.

Tasks

  1. Creation of a clear and convenient environment for the participant of the race and the Organizer of the race.
  2. Implement a design system to make it possible to implement new designs in the future quickly, save development time, and allow programmers to independently use components to create small parts of the interface without losing design consistency.
  3. Creation of a separate environment for the site administrator for convenient site moderation.

Key results

  1. Event publication has become more autonomous and faster thanks to a clearer process. Previously, it could take from 1 to 4 hours, now it takes 10-30 minutes. Also, the need for the involvement of the site administrator to help participants and organizers solve their questions was reduced by 3 times.
