RITM - its mobile application is designed to assist tourists in emergencies during mountain hikes. The main functionality is to call rescuers.

Problems

  1. The lack of visualization of information made it difficult to perceive the information of the mobile app and the successful implementation of the target action.
  2. The presence of various functions that confuse users.

Tasks

  1. Creation of a clear and convenient environment for the travelers to reach their purposes.
  2. Simplify the processes of using the mobile application, while adding new functionality.

Key results

  1. Users began to navigate the interface faster and the number of usage errors decreased by 5 times.
  2. The updated design increased user loyalty to the product and reduced the number of mobile application uninstalls and increased the number of downloads.

The main screen has been completely reimagined and redesigned. The navigation in the old design was very complicated. Users did not immediately understand what functionality was available in the app and how to call for rescuers.

Calling for rescuers is now visually simpler and consists of three easy steps: press call, choose a method of communication, and report the situation.

A "View SOS Tips" button has also been added so that in case of need, users can quickly find and familiarize themselves with them.
